David Sinclair FCA, CF
David qualified as a chartered accountant in 1972 and has subsequently acted on a wide range of public and private corporate finance assignments, both as adviser and as principal.
David’s experience includes transactions on UK and overseas public markets, fund raising and company disposals and acquisitions. David is a Law Society checked expert witness. He also has acted as adviser to in excess of £100 million of residential property funds.

George Panagiotou ACCA, MBA
George graduated with a BA(Hons) in Accounting and Finance and a Masters in Business Administration. George is a certified accountant with experience of overseas business and commercial activity. Since 2004 George has acted as an adviser in a number of corporate finance transactions in Greece and Eastern Europe.
